House Hunting

I haven't posted in awhile because the house hunting process is extremely exhausting. Not only the time you spend looking, but just the emotional effort involved - it is very taxing.

I will say that over the past few weeks, I have run into some real a**hole real estate agents. As one of my friends said, "Why is it that every a**hole has to self select themselves into the real estate industry?!"

I agree. I have run across agents that have lied to my face and tried to bully me. I felt like I was at a used car lot, trying to be convinced that 200K miles on car was "just right".

Anyways, I don't recommend people to go through this more than once every 10 years.
