Free motorcycle with house

I ran across this article from the HousingBubble2 blog.

In Fresno, there is a couple that has had trouble selling their house since they put it on the market almost 3 months ago. Apparently, there are over 3100 homes on the market and nothing is selling. The couple is asking $349,000 for their home and they are planning to throw in their Harley Davidson motorcycle. This is all after they dropped the house $9000.

Maybe that's how things work in Fresno, but I seriously doubt I would see that kind of behavior anywhere here in the Bay Area. I still can't get over the $1.2M condo - that place was a 'dog'. But I guess that's what I get for living in the Bay Area and not Fresno.
